tinyconv - Version 0.10

What's new

It has somewhat of documentation. It may be still incomplete, but it exists. For the converter itself a few little things has been changed. The converter has been split into three major parts:

1. Module for creating the internal structure objects
2. Main converter kernel
3. Module(s) for emitting the converted data

In the previous version, the first two parts were built as one. The reason for changing this is that there are multible formats of the defining data files has to be maintained. The structure of all the information about EDIFACT standards within the edifactory pages are available as XML files. So, what's better than using this files for the converter's structure input? But having introduced a simple file format with tc-0.02, there is the need to continue supporting it.
As a result, we have restructured these first two parts in order to be able to select, which structure generator module should be used. In this release, the decision is made at compile time.

Next, the core converter and the backends have been modified to be a little more readable.
